  1. He’d do wonders for Jeanty, which in turn would do wonders for Mendoza. I’d be really happy with this hire.

  2. This is my favorite candidate. Young offensive guy with HC experience. Can develop Jeanty/Mendoza/Bowers into an amazing core of players. He’s also hilarious in press conferences so he’ll be entertaining at the very least

  3. This would work personality wise with this team and most importantly our precious Mendoza. It feels like a fit for this particular juncture in time for the organization. Cometh the hour cometh the man!

  4. My concern is how soft of a roster they built in Miami. You knew in cold weather the had no shot playing road games in cold weather in the playoffs.

  5. That really is interesting. But idk about him being the HC. I like the idea and I don’t

  6. He’s somewhere in the middle of the pack for me. Much better choice than guys like Joseph or Nagy, however I’ve heard McDaniel speak many times and nothing about him screams “leader of men.”

  7. I’d definitely be interested in him.
The most valuable thing in the league at the moment is a top level offensive play caller and he’s comfortably the best available in this cycle.
He did some great work with Tua before his brains went to mush so would have faith in him developing Mendoza.

  8. Most people forget that Mike McDaniel was “gifted” Tua Turndaballova and headcase Tyreek Hill. We don’t have any diva headaches on our team and our quarterback won’t be one sneeze away from Parkinsons. I would be very very interested if he came aboard esp with Mendoza in tow

  9. This is incredibly interesting. I think he is a true offensive genius, who got a raw deal in Miami. The results weren’t there but his team played sure for him. I’m a little torn but I won’t like this does intrigue me

  10. If we’re going with a guy that’s not brand new, this is who I want. He should be able to work some magic with the offense.

  11. This is who I want personally. I get he may not necessarily be a leader of men, but winning can fix a lot of things and his offense has proven to be effective. Him paired with Mendoza and the pieces would be very productive. Also wouldn’t have to worry about our play caller getting poached.
