  1. They really need to know and recognize their fan base. The way he treated Shedeur. The son of an Atlanta Falcons icon Deion Sanders has made the Falcons fans not like Stefanski. Bringing him in as HC will be a mistake. He would have to win big immediately for the fans to forget that.

  2. Kubiak has had only one true season of offensive sucess, with his current 1 year gig in seattle. His previous offenses were nothing special. In fact, they were in the bottom of the league. There are better ocs who have a better track record than kubiak if people have issues with stefanski

  3. Fair or not, hiring a coach like Stefanski coming from a losing culture in Cleveland doesn’t give the fanbase hope of a turnaround of culture in Atlanta. It’s 2 losing franchises trading pieces but still getting the same results. Kubiak should be the guy. He’s an offensive minded coach who’s currently having success in Seattle and had the Aints putting up big numbers before Derek Carr got injured. Hiring Kubiak would be signaling an attempt at cultivating a winning culture.

  4. Not my first choice, or second, or third. IMO its McDaniel > Kubiak > Minter > Stefanski. KS is a huge upgrade from Rah at least. He is from the Gary Kubiak/Reid/Shannahan tree and would fit with our run scheme, but I do not think he is the creative offensive mind that McDaniel and Clint Kubiak are.

  5. Personally, I would like to see Kubiak as HC, but I’m not in the Falcons war room. But if Stefanski is their pick, it won’t be bad either. Ben Johnson was the Jaguars top coaching prospect, but ended up with Liem Coen as HC, and he flipped their season AND fixed Trevor Lawrence.

Wherever direction the Falcons brass go, keep Jeff Ulbrich—he’s the next Steve Spagnuolo in the making…

  6. I dont get how everybody keep sayin Stefanski can bring stability when everybody knows Sheduer shouldve gotten a chance WAAY earlier than he did … & on top of that this bum Stefanski treated that man like he was non existent , like wouldnt even say the guy's name in the press conferences because he knew himself he was mucking up the job… ATL dont piss me off & hire this dude 🤬

  7. I have been saying Stefanski over harbaugh and kubiak we need a coach with experience but not outdated and he fits both I’m tired of first time head coaches Kubiak has always had a veteran qb people are failing to realize that …he won’t have that here I love Kubiak I said the falcons should have hired him two years ago with such a weak coaching cycle but this one is much better
