Saw this graph posted 3 days ago so maybe a hair outdated but thought I’d post it here. O-LEBRON and D-LEBRON are metrics attempting to estimate a players offensive and defensive impacts, respectively.

“Yeah, let’s trade Lamelo for picks”. 🙄
Fits with how the team looks watching them as well. Moussa is the closest to a 2-way player we have, while Kon and Brandon are good wing defenders on a team that forces them to make up for a lack of strong POA defense and Rim protection.
LaMelo is for some reason overstated as a bad defender. He’s bad for his height and athleticism but he’s not any where close to useless like a Trae Young.
Meanwhile Miles is inexcusably bad. With his size, experience and athleticism he should be the best defender out of those 4. But he’s clearly the worst.
He’s like PJ both him and the team will be better off once he gets traded.
This graph is a bunch of bullshit if Kon is listed that low on the “good offense” portion.
There’s a reason I fucking hate analytics because shit like this doesnt do justice to what Kon has actually done for us this season.
