Unsurprising, and probably for the best. He needs to get rolling like he was to start his rookie season. Needs the reps in a lower pressure environment. Hoping he can regain that rookie year form
good. i think this time could be valuable for mccain. perhaps he can get his confidence back after this terrible injury and make more meaningful contributions to the team!!
Honestly thought as poorly as Maxey played he deserved some minutes last night. Broome had a 50 piece in the G league and I doubt he’ll play a non garbage time minute unless Josh Harris makes Morey trade Drummond.
Hopefully he gets some good reps, finds his shot and gets his confidence back.
Great move, him and Johnny can light it up for a while and get themselves settled.
Really no reason not to do this. Jared is not one to pout and will make the best of this. He either goes down their and is the same because of the injuries or gets back to where he was last season through reps.
So often we see what things look like at the current moment and say that is the end all. Then we fast forward a month or two and it’s a complete different situation. I will not be surprised if Jared looks good again by the end of season. If this happens we will all unanimously say “duh of course he was coming back from injury, knew this all along”

Good. Let him stay there until March if he needs. I would rather have Eric Gordon take his minutes for now
Hopefully he gets his groove on and can pick up where he left off last year. These injuries have had a bigger impact than fans thought. Get him back, have him play well, deal him for more assets.

Feels like long overdue for the past couple months when he came back on the court. I don’t know if he did get reps in the G-League or not.

Should’ve happened earlier, clearly isn’t ready for those guard minutes right now. Maybe best to see after the all star break
Hoping for the best, go rock out and find the joy again man
If I had to guess, he’s getting destroyed by Maxey and VJ in practice and not looking much better in games. He needs to time to get back on track

This kid was overrated based on a very small sample size last year. I hope he can return to form, but I’d lying if said I wasn’t very concerned about his outlook.
