What would it realistically take to get him?
Peralta would be a rental. Tough to commit sending guys like Sproat when MLB doesn’t allow pre-trade extensions from the new team.

1-Get Peralta (He stinks in the playoffs and it’s a rental so I wouldn’t go too far to get him)

I want Fastball Freddy. I figure this will be the Brewers’ Corbin Burnes/Devin Williams trade of the offseason. I think Baty is an obvious piece they’d want. Problem is the next piece is probably pitching. I’d rather give them Peterson or Scott than any of the big pitching prospects. Unless the Brewers really like some of the more obscure pitching prospects in our system. Like RJ Gordon or Zach Thornton.

I like Peralta much better than any free agent pitcher. Obviously, there’s a limit to how much I would want us to give up for him, but in general, I would love for us to get him.
