  1. We fell short of our pre-Rashawn Slater injury hopes, lol. Herbert's bad performance in the playoffs aside, it was a miracle we got into the playoffs with that offensive line.

  2. It chargers do not suggest and/or demand Justin Herbert to talk to potential OC hires and get his feedback before the hire they’re making a grave mistake.

  3. The next LA Chargers offensive coordinator if they show some patience and NFL doesn’t force them to take a head coaching job too soon they can OC for 2 to 5 years and take over the LA job

  4. This is just a gut feeling mixing in with my brain; as I see it I know very little bit about Mike McDaniel’s and Justin Herbert and Jim Harbaugh and I’m worried about how well they’ll get along and if conflict will get in the way of their success. All three need to be in the room and all three need to agree that they want to work together.

  5. Bradley Bozeman was either the best they could get or it was a team or NFL fix to not be Super Bowl competitive this year. If it was the best they could get and then I would say spend some money and get the best free agent offensive center you can get and also draft a center who can also play guard in the top five rounds preferably the top two rounds.

  6. With the injuries and the new coaching staff chargers over exceeded their win total. As a fan, I knew that the Chargers could not win Super Bowl with Bradley Bozeman at Center even with a healthy offensive line

  7. If chargers, don’t go out and get a proven center and a unproven high end college center/guard in the draft they’re showing me they’re not trying to win the Super Bowl next year.

  8. All I really care about is finding an OC that can elevate this offense and Herbert for him to be able to maximize his obvious talent. Anything short of that is a waste and an abject failure.

  9. There are more openings for HC now than you usually ever see. McDaniel is not going to take an OC job. Besides, he couldn’t get Tua to win a playoff game, he won’t get Herbert to either.

The great candidates are not flashy names. Brian Daboll, Mike LaFluer or one of the Kubiak brothers. Preferably Klint. They also won’t be super expensive.
