  9. Dolphins fans (myself included) can get enamored with the shiny object. Player or coach. We always want the Gruden or Harbaugh or Tomlin or Parcells or Saban or whoever the “name” is at the time. As I said last week, no coach has ever won the Super Bowl with 2 different teams. So why do we always want coaches who already won the Super Bowl? It’s been 60 years people and a lot of good coaches have been through this league and many with more than 1 team. Yet in 60 years, not 1 coach can claim a championship with 2 teams. We need a coach who has not won the Super Bowl so that the Dolphins can win the Super Bowl. Isn’t this the goal? The Steelers hire a young no name coach every time and it’s worked out for them. The Dolphins just need to hire the RIGHT GUY. We won’t know if this hire is the right guy until probably after the 2028 season. Patience young grasshoppers – Grier is gone, McNutsack is gone, the Candy arm China doll is about to be gone. It’s a good time to be a Dolphins fan because we are doing something different even if some fans can’t see it. Keep up the great work Nic.

  12. He’s four games under 500 as a college coach has never been a head coach at the NFL level and his defensive rank in Green Bay is middle of the pack with good personnel. This would be a downgrade from Mike McDaniel in my opinion. Honestly, with all of the qualified candidates, this is one of the worst and would be a waste of the next 3 to 5 years to hire him. Typical dolphins.

  44. Why so many better options Chris Shula and Jesse Minter and the Seahawks coordinator we interviewed I forgot his name why do we not take our franchise serious man it’s sad I mean I’ll still cheer for this team maybe he’ll be the best coach of all time for all I know

  47. Hopefully we can get this franchise turned around. Dolphins are severely bad from the front office to the coaches. Hopefully this season we can get this right.
