4. Anybody with half of a brain, knows that when lawyers get involved, things get complicated. This is a 30-40 page document that legal teams will get billable hours and the prestige of working on the contract. There isn't any nefarious inner workings or confrontation going on. If you were the one signing this deal, you can be damn sure that your attorneys got their red pens going over each sentence, paragraph, and clause. If you don't, then you're a fool. The Devil is in the details.
