  4. He is my 2nd choice fro kubiak. Reason is klints less flashy but very efficient and adjusts really well with basic fundamentals. I just think klint is better at adjusting but Mike is more innovative flashy and can at times come up with ways to attack defenses based on holes in their coverages. but htye are m 1 and 2 choice.

  7. DC4 should be the QB Coach under the next coach. Derek Carr is too good of a football mind at QB and loves the Raiders too much to not help groom Mendoza. Every real Raider wants this team to win and Carr has the heart and mind for wanting to help the Raiders win.

  24. Samoan Raider. I install TVs in LA. I installed a system for a kid thats in the business program in Indiana with Fernando Mendoza. He told me that Mendoza has Family members that are Mexican Americans married to a family member because he's Cuban but he grew up with Mexicans and even identifies himself as Mexican American and has Raider fans in his family. He's pumped he's on route to be a Raider! I practically hugged that young man! 😂

  26. I like Mike McDaniel but he's just a little weird. But we definitely need to move on from Patrick Graham who's defenses always are bottom ranked units. Enough of the excuses on that side of the ball.
    But yeah, putting a great offensive mind together with Mendoza would be fantastic.

Fernando was better than Sanders when in college and will be better than Sanders in the NFL. This is why I do not follow you. You never make sense. You are just a shock jock looking for reactions. As a Liberal White American woman, YOU were hyping that former LV Raiders coach Pete Carroll was a GREAT HIRE when in reality HE was worse than novice coach Antonio Pierce. For people following The Raiders that it's a Mexican fan base, let me be very clear that The Las Vegas Raiders is a Jewish team that is not serious about winning a solid football team but chiseling money from players, coaches, the NFL & The City of Las Vegas. Look around on both sides of the ball, players are not qualified to play football because the Raiders don't have the money or the budget to get qualified players. It's not rocket science but simple mathematics that the Raiders will find the right coach. Mark Davis might as well sell the team.
