11. Alex is so right Brunson is Our Leader and The Ultimate Floor General but there’s no compliment to him. I don’t think that Bridges is the problem. Evil Ari’s guy, 5 Pick Brick 🧱 hasn’t been playing well consistently all season. Brooklyn caller is right, guard depth none of which were stepping up: Clarkson? Kolek? Jeremy Lin? Mike Brown’s defensive adjustments and rotations are not relevant if the effort is not there. This is where the personality of the team should be dissected especially after the Golden State game.

26. Not to make excuses but I do believe that Mikhail is probably playing hurt he has missed such little time throughout his career that I just have to believe that it might be i catching up to him a little bit. Maybe why he doesn't seem to be playing his physical or aggressive.

33. I have been saying it the Knicks are not built properly. They don’t have another facilitator, they don’t have an elite on ball defender, they don’t have enough handling, they don’t have enough defense around Brunson. The Knicks have to make two trades in my opinion. They have to find a player who can be the second facilitator who can get his own and, to me that’s Ayo Dosunmu. They also have to get an anchor in addition to Mitch or another on ball defender and to me that’s Yves Missi or Jeremy Sochan. The best move they can make is Tari Eason in addition to Ayo Dosunmu I just don’t know if the Knicks have enough to get Ayo and Eason but, I believe they have enough to get Ayo and Missi. The Knicks have to be aggressive right now and using their assets to find a way to better build around Brunson.

Does any1 remember when I commented that firing Thibs was a Dolan move & that the decision to fire him when he was only 2 wins from the Finals was a mistake!… Well here we are, Brown was the 11th choice to be HC & is showing why he wasn't the 1st choice!… And now the Knicks are in a free fall & once this season ends, Leon will be fired because all signs point to him as the one who decided to fire Thibs & not have a viable replacement HC in place!… Amazing how Dolan did a interview on WFAN last week after years of being silent, just to reiterate that Leon is charge & made these decisions!… That he had no input at all?!?

    And don't worry, Dolan will hire a yes man GM just like he did with the Rangers & officially both teams will stink at MSG again for who knows how long!… Dolan has ruined these franchises everytime things start to look good, he has done it before & he will always do it again!… He can't help himself!

35. Mike Brown is really doing good with that bench development Thibs wasn’t doing. Too bad it’s not translated to wins. Mike Brown is a terrible coach and has always been a terrible coach. IDK why people were hyped that he was signed. Knicks are a terrible road team now and under Thibs they were exceptional over the past few seasons on the road, but he didn’t play the bench, what a joke.

38. Brown need to have Brunson get his teammates involved as well as get his shots. I like the fact that the bench is being utilized but KAT has lost is confidence and it’s affecting the chemistry and morale of the team. Mikal has stepped up this season but he has to do more. They need to drive and shoot more high percentage field goals if they can’t make the three. Defense is a problem, they are slow and are always running to defend the three. They could have won a lot of these games if they played better defense. They need to experiment with putting KAT at the four and start Mitch at the five. Hart not being available is also hurting the team. He is the heart and soul of the group. No pun intended.

39. Mike brown was brought here to maximize this team on offense. All things considered, they’re the #3 ranked offense in the league. What if we’ve already seen this team when maximized, and have to have the uncomfortable conversation that maybe we’re just not good enough. This group of guys may have showed us their ceiling already. Kat is getting no younger, and teams are figuring out the New York Knicks.

41. This team does not have the fighters, hustlers, guys with passion, and just hard competitive players with the exception of Brunson. Contrast that with the Suns team and how hard they played consistently, that’s what they do. The next play hard from sometimes but that’s not going to do it if you want to compete at the higher levels. It’s hard to be passionate about this team because I don’t think the players are.
