Ask yourself are we really trying to win a Superbowl or are we in it to just put on a show? When kit comes down to it the fans want a Superbowl the organization my only want to fill the stadium and make money from the show pony.hmmššš
You have to have some stars and yes theyāll act like stars but youāll never get to a SB with likable gritty role players
Dan and Brad don't even have GRIT when it comes to trade deadlines and off season moves. So they're not even GRITTING when they need to GRIT š
This was an excellent conversation and i am glad you took this on. There is a saying that says,"perfect is the enemy of good". The lions may not find all of their ideal candidates but you need a button pusher to get you over the top. And i agree no developmental OC and DC coaches at this point it will hold us back.
Talking about playing it safe and being afraid to try with risky guys, totally ignoring Jamo
If you hire an OC and he leaves after one year, that means he was successful here
Yes, a bit too much grit. More talent and fewer injuries.
You need ah couple d in the locker room⦠what
Grit is a great thing but sometimes you have to add talent outside of the grit. If the grit is as strong as they say it is in the locker room players will comform because the veterans we have will make sure they do
D. SUH was a GREAT DICK on the field and he was a KILLER, remember??
Sorry Spenny but Campbell didn't bring in Ben Johnson. He was already with the organization from the Patricia era. Bullcrap Spenny they did not have a top 10 overall defense under Glenn, run stoppers yes.
The āCOREā and *GRITā =NO PLAYOFFS NO SUPERBOWLā¦ā¦
You havenāt won in 69 years ā¦How is this a āDestinationā to come toš¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
No. This has to be a reach. Feeling are hurt rn. Still watching our rivals duke it out is what brings this convo up. The culture is the culture. That has absolutely nothing to do with having some āluckā. Which we have not had the past two seasons. We can all agree that if we have a healthy Kerby,BB(Brian Branch, Arnold and even Christian Mahogany, the Lions team record would be better. To believe that the foundation needs a retooling is wild work guys. You guys are just hurt rn thatās it. Grit is and will always be our thing. The NFL just watered it down bc they still donāt like the Lions as much we the fansš¤·š¾āāļøš«”
your a p*ssy
I donāt trust Holmes to do what it takes to ācompleteā the process. Always seems to hesitate taking the last step. I hope Iām wrong!
