[Silverstein] The #Packers’ front office structure is staying the same, according to someone familiar with the talks with Matt LaFleur and Brian Gutekunst. LaFleur, Gutekunst and Russ Ball all still report to the president as has been the case since 2018

  1. I guess I just don’t understand it. Maybe I’m wrong. But the expectations have changed for the organization. We haven’t won the division in 5 years and yet we keep everything the same. Clearly we are not the same organization as we once were

  2. Who is reporting from the special teams department to MLF?

I haven’t heard of any changes.

Mark my words, they’ll lose on a routine special teams play next year if they make the playoffs

  3. I’m not sold man. The guy hasn’t done shit since AR12 left. I just don’t know how you reward mediocrity and collapse with “commitment”

  4. My predictions: the packers start 3-6 and everyone is losing their mind. But Parsons starts to regain his form and Toyotathon hits and they sneak in as a 7th seed. The Packers go up 24-14 lat in the third in a wild card round against the Seattle only to lose 30-27. In the offseason, fans research all of the mid round corners for the second year in a row only for Gute to not draft any again.

  5. Unserious franchise that only cares about grifting the fanbase and getting smoked in the wild card every fucking year.

    Contract this franchise already.

  6. It’s been so effective. Gute bringing in 330 pound linemen who Matt tells to zone block in space. Just a clusterfuck.

  7. Push over policy. He needed to change this structure so lafraud reports to gutenkusnt like most other teams

  8. I’m commenting just to reference this years down the line. This is the worst thing we could do. I disagree with every decision made by this organization over the last week.

Sometimes I wonder, are we doomed because we don’t have a dictator?

  9. I just wish Gute and MLF would get on the same page about what this team is trying to do.

Are we a running team?  Ok which kind because we are acquiring big bruisers who can’t pass block while simultaneously running a scheme better fit for more athletic type guys.

It’s almost like MLF wants to be one way and Gutekunst wants the team another way.

On defense we are pretty much Micah.  Keep him in bubble wrap until November.
