DO THE SAMBA TEMETRIUS!!!
ISSA PARADE INSIDE MY CITY YA
JA MORANT TODAY:
24 POINTS
13 ASSISTS
5 REBOUNDS
7/13 FG
3/4 3P
Morant looked like 2022 Morant out there.
Pau teaching Santi some new tricks out there
Keep him

Can’t we just keep him? :’)
Probably the best looking win of the season honestly
I love Temetrius Ja Morant, that is all.
i just hope everyone gets on a phone call and talks this out.
it’s like verno says everyone wants the good outcome here. he can do that every night. things seem like they’re trending that way. nobody loves him like we do.
kleiman will not move him for peanuts and this game proved it
Gonna replay the ja samba (jamba?) in my head all day
I would say something about the haters and doomers but who really cares. Let’s go Grizzlies! Season starts now 💪🏻 edit: Also shout out to Jock he played a great game 🦘
How do we trade Morant after this? I don’t think we can. At least I hope not.
Teams saying one first round pick was too much. CLOWNS. Healthy Grizz is top 5 in the west.
Well, we didn’t fuck it up in the second half for once. When Ja wants it, we’re still the team we’re supposed to be. Just wish he wasn’t so fragile.
London Calling 12
ISSA PARADE INSIDE MY CITY YEAHHHH
Trade price just went up🤑
Whether you want him gone or want him to stay, *this* version of Ja is untouchable.
Problem is we dont get this enough, but man that was electric.
Watching the Amazon postgame and apparently Cedric is cousins with reporter Chris Haynes. Pretty cool.
Cedric “aura farming” Coward
Everyone keeps saying it. Wait until this team gets healthy. Wait until we see the Zach Edey and Ja pick n roll….with Edey back anchoring our D….this team is good.
#Grizz win in London Town downvote party
12s baaaaack
Cedric Coward gives such great interviews, man
Tell you what boys I needed that one
I was there 🥲
**MORE POSTGAME THOUGHTS THAN YOU COULD EVER WANT**
**• Really only one person to discuss here…**
…JIIIITTTTTYYYY!!!!
On a serious note, this is the sort of play we’ve believed we could have from Ja but we haven’t gotten all year. This is the All-NBA sort of performance we know he’s capable and, instead we got… what we’ve got.
The system didn’t change. The substitution patterns didn’t change. There’s still no Edey. The big difference was Ja’s attitude. He’s engaged and plays like he wants to win games. And if you’re paid that much money… can’t you get motivated to play like that every game? I mean, let’s be real: none of us are making anywhere close to that. If someone came to you tomorrow and said: *”We’re going to pay you a little under $40M a year to do this thing that you’re good at and do it about 80 times in a 6-ish month span.”* can’t you figure out how to get excited to earn that money and do the thing you’re good at each night? Sure: everything becomes *”just a job”* at some point but other players manage to keep that fire.
If Ja played 80 games in a season, he’d be earning half a million dollars per game. If you had the opportunity to earn half a million dollars tonight and all you were asked to do was give it your all, couldn’t you do that?
I want Ja to retire a Grizzly. I want him to be this Ja each night, just like Brunson is the same Brunson each night, just like Steph is the same Steph each night, just like etc etc. Because Ja’s so mercurial, this team rises and falls with him. This the same team who gave us the business a few nights ago and we get Ja and it looks like they shouldn’t even be in the same arena as the Grizzlies. Ja made the Magic look like the team that we all thought was going to gift us a lottery pick.
I just want him to be this Ja each night. And to be fair: it was an unusually good 3pt night for him and the officiating was much fairer than you’ll ever see against the Grizz. Still, if he had this attitude all the time, he’d probably have a better rapport with refs.
Rudy and Ced talking in the post game was cool to see

Even if the likelihood is 1% that this mfer performs like this consistently with us moving forward…… I really wanna believe man
Always happy with a win, especially when Ja is a huge part of it. Idk why, but man, I thought our record was WAY worse than it actually is.
Konchar had 5 steals lol
Jumped the barrier and got a photo of BK

This week we will work on how to access this part of himself consistently. Although, I’m a bit worried that he already knows how to access his best self at will, and is only choosing to do so to make himself attractive before the trade deadline. We’ll see. I believe we need to work more on making excellence a part of his core identity, and not just something he digs for when the circumstances are to his liking/benefit. There’s difficult work ahead.
Let’s hope he keeps this up
Konchar had 5 steals and a block
Nash enjoying that dark, warm English beer
Feel like this game changed my mind on Ja. If Ja is willing to fully internalize Iisalo’s offense, our ceiling skyrockets dramatically.
Hmmmm… Iisalo is the problem???? Looks like every game I’ve ever seen him coach.
Also, the ORL isn’t that great. But this was a good win.
didnt get to watch this but so fuckin glad we had a good game.
Yet clowns wanna trade him. When Ja is healthy and engaged we’ll win especially once Edey comes back.
idk guys I still like Ja Morant
Loved Ja’s new 3 Celly.
Jock was ridiculous
Loved to see Jitty out there fucking shit up
Wells shot looked like it was back in rhythm.
Ced is just good
GG didn’t step out of bounds! (But did travel)
Was at the game. While waiting for the ferry back to where I’m staying, I overheard some girl yell “Back it up, Terry!”
We’ve gone worldwide, y’all.
Ja Morant is here so stay
Particularly good.
Having a point guard does amazing things to a team! Jock played a great game lol.
It’s nice having days off from defending Jock, seems he had to work hard for that +4 though.
