No McCarthy please! The Steelers need to make the hire based on what's best for the long term future of the team, not what might be the best fit for Aaron Rodgers should he want to return. I'd consider McCarthy a downgrade from Tomlin. Hopefully Rooney just meant wanting another coach that had longevity.
