11. The plus minus thing us so ridiculous. When Ware plays over 25 minutes, he has a 53+ total plus minus. That goes even higher when he plays over 30 minutes. Of the 7 games he played over 30 minutes, he only had two games with negative plus minus, both against the Knicks. 1 of those (-6) he had 28 points and 19 rebounds. The other (-3) he had 15 points, 10 rebounds and 3 blocks. The team is 5-2 when he plays over 30 minutes. Unbeaten against any other team not named the NY Knicks.

    If you play him less than 20 and with awful players like Jovic, Fonteccio and a bunch of average players like Smith and Pella, why does he expect him to have a higher plus minus?

    Spo is a ridiculous stuburn coach stuck in his old ways of playing small ball, just like his boss who thinks players go to free agency anymore.

12. I luv the Heat ' but I am a human being and I have a brain and have understanding. But if I'm the young man I would ask for a trade for real for real.. Because he's showed what he can do, he has upside at his game.. Spo trying to change his game to fit him ' instead of changing himself to fit the kid.. Today's big men is not the old big men. The new big men has better skills sets, then the old big men it's just a fact.. Look around at the winning teams in the NBA, there big men has game like Ware and there coaches letting them play at skill set, to Ware shoot 3's and makes it and Spo put him on the bench.. 21. Spo is the coaching version of LeBron James. When things are going good he gets all the credit. When things are going bad because of his bad coaching rotation and player minutes and usage it's all on the players and not him. I've Been Done With This Liar! He's basically the head coach in the head bully at the same time. Just pay attention to all the assistant coaches and how they act around him start looking at the way they look at him!

45. Spo is the coach of the Heat and he has the control of personnel who he played. It is in his direction the players played. If your team lose, you are responsible for your team. If they play mediocre meaning you are a bad coach and not a good coach. In Ware case, why is he always out of place? Why is he playing guard? Away from the perimeter of the rim. He supposed to play center, blocking shots and rebound the ball. Is it not the coach job to tell his player to play center?
