I see Neto, O’Hoppe, Trout, five guys who could be replaced and you’d never know it, and whatever Christian Moore’s going to be. They were 25th in runs scored, and they’re basically running out the same squad that’s lost 90 and 99 games the last two seasons.
I’ll give it a 4. Hopefully O’Hoppe breaks out and maybe Adell runs into a bunch more homers.
3, the better line up is
Paris
Trout
Neto
Adell
Schanuel
Lowe
O’hoppe
Moore
Teodosio
Soler is a bench rider
👎 need Teodosio in there instead of Soler
I’d rather rate the person who’s starting Paris at 3rd.
It’s a 3/10
70 win team max
If this is the lineup I’m gonna have to up my SSRIs
Going to need another Angels in the Outfield sequel for this one.
I see three starters, a couple of bench players, and some AAAA/minor leaguers. This is a last place line-up.
Thank you, I was having such a nice day. Then I thought to myself “I could really use some disappointment right about now.”

Soler and Paris are massive holes in the lineup, O’Hoppe should be batting 8th, lineup needs to balance from top to bottom
The reality of the lineup is this:
Perry’s team building and coaching philosophy has been sacrifice simple contact for pure HR swings only.
He shifted Jeremy Reeds contact approach his first year from seeking contact and low strike outs to power swings and high whiffs
He swapped him out for a combo of Thames and Johnny Washington who both preached hard to focus on power only.
The hitters he brought in over the last year were either pure power hitters (Soler) or high whiff low contact guys (Squid) who he also tried to turn into power hitters.
Now seeing this lineup I honestly see no reason where he’s changing this approach, and I see no reason we don’t end in the same spot we always end in, high HRs with embarsssing on base and strikeout rates to create a very low scoring team
Guys like Moore and Paris could get off to good starts again, but I don’t have much faith that the Angels will know how to keep other teams from figuring them out as the season goes on.
Feels like 73 wins
<70 wins
1) Vaughn Grissom is probably much much better than Paris
2) we are literally projected for the 2nd-worst positional fWAR in baseball (above only the Rockies) even with Grissom in there, so 2/10.

That’s good for an almost league average offense!
What’s the record for most losses? This is the lineup that competed with that unfortunately
gonna call this a 1 because the only time i want to see soler in LF this season is during pre-game warmups
I’m tired boss

Hey, at least we’ll get a higher % of a top 3 draft pick that we will fuck up AGAIN.
It’s gong to be real hard to fill that stadium this next season with this MLB/AAA team all yr long. Has a team ever been sold in the middle of a season? That’s my hope this season, fuck the record.
About 60 – 102
We are so cooked
This line lineup would be a lot more relevant if we had a starting 5 pitching rotation and middle relief that can be in the top 10 in the league…
Lead the league with Home Run and Strike Out, whilst hitting .235 the entire season

A solid 4 with potential to be a 6
I rate it 71 out of 162
