7. I didn't like the change at strength and conditioning. All we got were a multitude of injuries(can't prevent all obviously). The bigger issue was our defensive front getting tired late in every game. Not good enough. Would love to see an upgrade there and offensive line coach.

8. The organisation isn't serious about winning – they're just happy with being the 14th best team in the NFL. More terrible play and collapses coming next season. Think I'll give 2026 a miss and check back in 2027 when hopefully MLF will have been fired.

9. Incredible MLF gets rewarded and a big payday for failure. Of course the players love him, he never benches them for the stupid mistakes they make. Doubs should have been benched for failing to recover that onside kick. Would have sent a strong message to the rest of the players.

    With that being said, the man has passion for the game and if he's looking like a "DEER IN HEADLIGHTS" it's because someone or multiple players or not on the same page. So moving forward, let's give our coach the respect he deserves as The Green Bay Packers head coach for years to come. 💯

    How can anyone in that front office think this is good enough for the alleged talent this team has? How many years kf having one of the worst special teams units in the league?
    How many years of undisciplined mental errors game after game under Laflure? Zero shot at a Super Bowl with him as the head coach. Dumb. Let me know when he finally gets leaves. I’m not watching another snap with him.

It appears that Ed Policy had already decided that Matt Lafleur would remain as our head coach although, it took a week to get the deal done, and it appears that it was mostly because Ed Policy had 3 contracts to negotiate and not because there was any hesitation from Matt Lafleur or Ed Policy. It’s likely that Matt Lafleur will earn $15 million per year and it would put him in the 2nd tier of NFL coaching salaries behind Andy Reid, John Harbaugh, and Sean Payton. The Green Bay Packers did not have a lot of leverage given that if they had let Matt Lafleur go, he would be the leading candidate to coach several other NFL teams who need a coach. The Green Bay Packers had to negotiate length and salary knowing that if they couldn’t reach an agreement, Matt Lafleur could serve out the final year of his deal and be a free agent in 2027. Matt Lafleur ranks in the bottom half in the NFL in head coaching salary at about $9 million per year. His new contract should raise his salary above $12 million per year. Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛🧀🧀
