  1. This weekend showed that we need an experienced DC. The fact that we didn’t try to bring Robert Saleh home was a huge miss. The last two years (injuries or not), it was our defense that ultimately cost us.

  2. Are you kidding? I see this guy getting in Dan Campbells hair and you don't do that. And he's not taking an OC job after being a head coach. His ego's too big. Besides, if he did, that face has Philadelphia written all over it. Especially after their loss yesterday.

  3. Detroit needs him imo. With him the talent we have on this team can and will be utilized to a much higher degree. They hardly used it correctly last season.

  4. No way if I was McDaniels would i go to the Lions, wrong QB type, bad o line, totally crap defense that he will have to overcome. The pluses, elite wide receivers and a very good running back. The unknowns, LaPorta being good to go or even being able to play again, so they might need two more TE's, no idea on Branch or Joseph, also Arnold is a question mark, revamp of the entire defensive line. Why would he come to the Lions, its not a great gig.

  5. My only concern is the toughness, McDaniels caught heat for the Dolphins being 'soft' in the joint practices. I'll take the risk there, but there's definitely culture gap there. I'm confident DC could overcome if MM was fully bought in.
