The Ravens is the only job better today than the Steelers bc they have stability but they also already have a franchise QB….that is soooo unbelievably rare for a new HC to walk into…most HCs are fired bc the team isn’t any good

hes spot on with his take metcalf is the best wr on roster and hes guaranteed to drop at least one big pass wleach gqme. junu was a pro bowler last year and nonexistent this season under Arthurs system. the biggest problem with steelers is the front office. can they for once go with all the successful teams system the past 10 years. rams,eagles,chiefs, patriots all bring in top talent every year to contend like they never won anything. steelers bring in the cheapest coordinators and player personnel available. never the best like those teams mentioned but the cheapest

I don’t see what is wrong with us trying out Will Howard what’s the worst? He doesn’t do very well and we have a better pick for next year when the QB class is better? We should get a weapon on offense that way they either help Howard or the rookie next year
Could have gotten malik willis 4 years ago and chose pickett instead what has changed
Aaron Rodgers is a Hall of Fame QB but it's time to hang em up. Father Time is calling. The notion that this current roster and evidently ownership as well might want him to return next season tells you all you need to know about the state of this once proud organization. Now it's let's cater to a 42 year old QB by possibly bringing in his former coach. Glad to see the players have so much confidence in Will Howard. Unreal.
He's definitely wrong and they just need a QB and draft or pick up 2 Receivers, the coaching not specifically Tomlin and putting players out of position was the issue, different with different scheme and innovative on offense they Will look a whole lot better

If a coach is looking for something that is his he’ll go to Pitt , if he’s looking for the easy way out they’ll run to Maryland or buffalo. Steelers have the money plus the picks , with the right direction this team could win.

He forgot about JPJ. The secondary isn't entirely bare. But overall he is correct. Our fans want optimism. They don't like to admit we are in rebuild mode. Fans want to believe that you can turn chicken poop into chicken salad. "Just develop the players." Has Harmon really been 1st round worthy? Has Fautanu been 1st round worthy? Who are the stars? And obviously a new coach will want to pick their QB. But we don't have any options until maybe 2027 draft. That being said, only the Ravens and Raiders have better situations. Las Vegas has no income tax and it's viewed as a more desirable location .. plus they'll have Mendoza. Depending on what the coach is looking for, we might even be lower on the list. For me, we're 3rd.
Edit: Buffalo is now higher on the list than we are. They have Josh Allen. Although it's Buffalo (yuck) and their overall roster isn't amazing. Maybe it's a tie.

Well the coach will have a say in who the QB will be for the future. That could be a reason to come to Pittsburgh. Yeah you won't have a QB right away but you can start setting things up first. like a WR in round 1. I also see players players getting coached bad under Mike Tomlin's coaching staff. Patrick Queen awesome with the Ravens.but in Pittsburgh a deer in headlights.We see Steelers leaving the team and playing better elsewhere, like Dotson and James Conner.
