Here is why we should hire Sean McDermott
1. The Bills do NOT have one single pro bowler on defense and still Sean McDermott has them winning.
2. Only one team has made the superbowl having ZERO pro bowlers on defense.
The fact that Sean McDermott has the bills in the playoffs every year with no PRO BOWLERS ON DEFENSE is AMAZING.
With the ravens, Sean McDermott will have plenty of pro bowlers to help him get the ravens to the superbowl!!
