Now *that* was a much better period than that evenly matched one, and not just because of the goal. Hawks are playing with energy and structure: outside of one shift they’re successfully snuffing out pressure in the defensive zone, and were largely playing in the neutral and offensive zones in the 2nd.
I wouldn’t expect Winnipeg to roll over in the 3rd. Hawks have to come out ready.
