Ima die a Dolphins fan but I’ll probably never watch another game until we get rid of Ross and the signings at GM and head coach I’m not pleased nor am looking forward to the learning process they going to conduct and chances are we going to be mediocre at best just a .500 team like we’ve been every year since I’m born, the Dolphins aren’t the Dolphins of the 70s & 80s, since Ross acquired the team we been consistent losers even Dan Marino last game as a Dolphin was worst I’ve ever witnessed 62-7 against Jacksonville Jaguars a complete shut out & the only QBs I’ve liked since Marino has only been Tannehill & Ryan Fitzpatrick and possibly Matt Moore who was decent back up but all the rest was duds an Tua was the worst draft pick terrible taking a guy outta college already prone to injury and never been that athletic or accurate and after concussions it’s been an embarrassment on top of unbearable to watch games an Skylar Thompson was just as bad & the only coach I liked outta all coaches was coach Brian Flores who was right about Tua sucking and he actually brought a momentum to our team the only year McDaniel/Tua seem to be somewhat valuable was 2023 but beside that every other year was hard to watch and just disappointing

6. This is expected with Ross at the helm. You have an established and winning available coach in, Mcdermott, yet we pick an experiment as usual…….. Us hardcore dolphins have heard this song before. Ross needs to relinquish the reigns so that someone credible can hire credible staff and players so the Dolphins can get to and win playoff games.

13. Liked the Jon-Eric Sullivan hire…NOT impressed with Jeff Hafley as HC!!

    However, reserve "final judgment" after seeing what on-field results are like…want to be surprised but McDaniel left a BAD taste in my mouth regarding first-time head coaches!!

16. Hafley wasn't my first choice either. I think Kubiak and Shula would've been going but also hearing McDermott getting fired I would've halted and at least given him a chance to shoot his shot. Disliking this guy because of his haircut is weirdo energy. Get a life. Let's hope his college head coaching experience translates into his new position as an NFL HC. Hopefully, him and Sullivan can build the trenches for once on this team so whoever the QB is behind that line doesn't get murdered. Hope he lives up to the hype other players and coaches have said about him.

17. Hold on guys. When was the last time we hired a head coach and manager at the same time? I think Sulivan has a plan. Bring Hafley in as head coach, he wont but heads with him beacuse there both on the same page from the same cloth and there success is both linked. Hafley has a defense background which is perfect. Bring in a baller OC. Sullivan basically calling all the shots of course. Of the head coaches available I dont think many shared his vision. Watch the recent Sullivan interview

26. I'm excited for this hire. He comes from a winning franchise, lots of accolades and our new GM likes him so cool. Its not like we were gonna get a Harbaugh or Tomlin. we just weren't that attractive.

30. I wanted Chris Shula. This was a chance to reverse the Shula curse. We have not been a true player since they fired Don Shula and brought in Jimmy Johnson. Since the Robbies sold the team, we have been the laughingstock of the leave. I am tired of talking about 1972. We used to be the winningest franchise in sports. Just let that sink in. I will give him a chance, but I am not impressed. This GM needs to know this is not Green Bay, this is South Beach. They need to bring better players and quit drafting hurt azz players like Grier did in his tenure.
