13. Hafley didn't show anything once Parsons and Wyatt went down . No big loss. This is a huge chance to hire a good DC.

15. Jim Leonhard as DC. Leonhard is young, aggressive, player motivator, and excellent at creating schemes to confuse offenses. Besides just spent this last season working under Sean Payton which is invaluable in itself!! 😎👍

After the league figured out hafleys scheme he was exposed and couldn't find the leadership moment and adjust his plan to close games.. it was all year.. then 0-5 and then watch players jog after QBs side step and throw an arm tackle or let a player talk all week and just cost his team drive extensions cause he's exposed by the WRs he's not who he talks he is…. U do what the Bears did in certain positions coaching… DL, LB, OL… hire ex players that will get the respect and will listen cause their talking with a peer… Mike Daniels, Clay Matthews, and Stenavich back to OL. go get a young assistant from a team that hasn't offered a resign and there strength is the run game.. pair with LaFleur and he control the pass with Love and his OC design a new scheme fitting Jacobs style… Go get Pinero from 49ers like yesterday and get that kicking nightmare solved… Bissacia is gone take Nixon and Hobbs with u back to Vegas.. restructure Diggs for 1 yr prove it guarantee contract and get a vet with high IQ on the other side, get vet for oline stability and draft a DT, Edge, CB, C, LB, and stack high upside with elite RAS score on special teams and change the culture of the view of that part of the game… They don't put much work in that and every year teams lose at least 2 games from that phase that don't value that part of the game
