As soon as the clock hit 0 I bought my first Super Bowl ticket. Well worth it!
That was 7 years ago?! Man, I’m getting old.
One of my all time favorite wins!
My Best Non SB playoff game ever … away game, tough crowd and stopping their comeback. Brady, Gronk and Edelman were so clutch in the game where they converted three long 3rd downs in final Q. Brady proved who’s the daddy lol…
7 years ago I had two heart attacks and a stroke while watching this game.
Same day we were robbed of one of the greatest Super Bowl match ups ever
Still remember watching this live that night. Woke some neighbors up for sure
We need this energy because 10 years (holy crap how has it been that long?) and 4 days from today, we lost to the retiring Payton Manning and the Broncos in the AFCCG.
I choose to believe Brady did Payton a solid on that one.
If I recall correctly that was second happy ending of the day for Mr. Kraft.
That was the first time I ever heard or seen Patrick Mahomes in my entire life a little that I know who he would become I thought he was just some random QB lol
I was in a resort at Punta Cana for this. Was forced to watch it alone in my room while staying with my wife and sister in law who were both dead asleep. I had to quietly cheer for every big play. The recent ad of the dad silently cheering around while his baby naps reminded me so much of it. Still managed to wake up my sister in law multiple times who was ready to kill me
Funnily enough, I ended up in a different resort at Punta Cana for a wedding for the wildcard game against the Chargers. Thankfully this time we had a crowd of Pats fan completely take over one of the bars. There’s a video of me basically doing Vrabel’s power stance alone at the bar and freaking the hell out after one of the late game sacks. Did not want to show my face around there again lol
I’ll always remember this game because I had adopted a kitten the same morning and I had to be so muted in my celebration because I didn’t want to scare him! He’s good luck I think!
Forget the Song they chose.
This IG Post of Brady was SAVAGE
Only time I have ever heard Mahomes sound truly sad. “you’re a legend man”
I was in Disney for this, pacing my hotel room and losing years off my life with each 3rd and 10 conversion. This year, I pushed my annual Disney trip back, arriving on 2/8 cause they couldn’t possibly…
Oh no.
Such a perfect bookend to the dynasty. Beating the next great team in their house in dramatic fashion.
Then the NFL changed the rules after this game. 🤣🤣
One of the most impactful non-SB games for me. Even then it had a “we’ve got one more ride left in the tank” moment.
Will never forget that instagram video
I would rank this near the top of epic Tom Brady performances.
Won my fantasy football league that year and bought a Brady jersey with some of the winnings. It came the day of this game. After we won I wrote the date and score on the inside tag. I’ve vowed to only wear it when we needed some magic.
I put that bitch on at halftime last weekend, it’s still got some charm
This game was so epic!! No one was giving the Patriots a chance to win that game. I was going through a lot personally at that time. My mom was in the hospital, we watched the first half of game in her ICU room. The Patriots winning that game put a huge smile on my face.
Honestly the greatest game I’ve ever watched
I could not hear the last quarter and overtime my heart was beating so fast and loud That’s all I heard
My family moved to Kansas City right before I started high school. Pissed me off dealing with all those Chiefs fans but man do I love that it meant it was real easy for me to be at this game hahaha
One of the best games I can ever remember watching. I also remember how salty KC fans got because of the overtime rules that didn’t allow KC to possess the ball at all in overtime LOL
