Watching this helped me heal from the playoff loss. It really was a special season from him given the circumstances.

I had a few takeaways watching this (forgive me for some of my kool aid drinking takes)

  1. Ladd looked unstoppable at certain points in the season. He has to be featured as the #1 going forward with 10 targets a game.

  2. Joe Alt makes a HUGE difference. Imagine him and Slater back! Best tackle duo when healthy. Hopefully the interior becomes at least top 20 ish.

  3. Herbert is unbelievable. He had a bad playoff game…. Who tf cares, nobody in his situation would’ve won that game. He is a winner and carried this team into the playoffs.

  4. Vidal was a season saver with his pass blocking and playmaking ability after Hampton/Najee went down. Him and Hampton are gonna be a dynamic 1-2 punch.

  5. We have every receiving threat we need on this team….if utilized correctly. Gadsen in the right scheme is downright SCARY, QJ is an awesome #2, and Tre Harris needs more targets as he is a stud.

2026 is gonna be special, let’s hope our OC hire really takes advantage of Herbert’s skill set and all our weapons!

  2. It’s funny watching us year after year be stoic and know we’re the chargers.. yet locked in thinking we’re getting Mike lol. Don’t be let down when he’s working somewhere else
