This season until the point of his season ending injury Jimmy is..
– 3rd in the NBA in winshares
– 1st on the warriors team in box +-
– 2nd in the NBA in individual offensive rating (min 30mpg and 20% usage)
– 3rd in the NBA in steals turnover ratio (min 30mpg)
– One of four 20+PPG scorers with assist to turnover ratio over 3.0
There has been a lot discourse about his passiveness and his contract size and while there may be some truth to these things you cannot deny he played a bunch of winning basketball for the warriors and gave the team a real chance to contend since he’s been here.

Wow, we’re ultra fucked
He’s just a winning type of player.
Christ. +/- is 100 better than Steph. It’s not looking good man.
Jimmy + some combo of Melton, Podz, Horford, Will were at peak vibes on the season and crushing their minutes. It was a perfect contrast to Steph/Dray offense, giving us a very different dimension in style with no drop off at all to throw at opponents before Steph closes the show
And Jimmy was ramping up his aggressiveness efficiently when needed to. Playoff Jimmy was definitely still in there
Shit…sucks. But yeah, definitely do appreciate how great he turned out for the team though no matter what
That smile. That damn smile.
Lmao and yet a bunch of people are already trying to send him out when the body isn’t even cold yet.
The only reason we are somewhat competitive this year, from his first game with us against the bulls I already loved him. Its unfortunate what his injury means for the dubs this season but I know full well Jimmy gave everything he got.
Yeah we’re cooked
Not ready to say my Jimmy career eulogy yet, its just all too anticlimactic just really disatisfied with how him and steph never lost on a basketball court to superior basketball, it was always injuries and the cold wars between kuminga and the FO that did them in the end. I hoped when Jimmy Joined it was gonna be a poetic swansong, I expected and thought our old dogs would be passing the torch to one of those flashier, younger teams as they exited the play offs in an honourable 2nd round 4-2 series loss, but no bro its the random 3rd quarter in Jan where this journey ends.
He brought a great deal to this organization in a short time, on and off the court. Yet another devastating injury for a big name player in the Bay Area this season
😔
As a Heat fan somehow in this sub and been missing Jimmy since he left and will never stop appreciating him 🥲😭😭, see you on the court Jimmy!
I’m wondering if he can be an assistant coach to the young squad. Expensive coach and counts on the salary cap, but if the young guys can get some of his impact through osmosis, it’ll go a long way
Thank you Jimmy
