It sets a terrible example for the team when they see this shit being rewarded with 15 mins per game, Bones got a fucking 4 minutes this game
Love Mike to death but he has been downright terrible for the majority of the season. Even if we don’t ship him out, there’s no way he should be seeing the floor.
There’s no reason to really trade him but giving him minutes like this is criminal.
Finch has to play bones hell even rob at this stage cuz mike gives this team nothing on most nights output wise. Its been so bad this year
This is why I can’t buy into the notion that “If you play well you get a 2nd stint” Mike can do whatever on the court and he will play more Joan had 4/3 in like 4 minutes and didn’t see the court again.
Yeah I respect Mike and the career he’s had, but if he’s going to be this bad, he shouldn’t be playing. Can’t imagine Rob would be playing worse than this, and I know Bones wouldn’t

I doubt he’s leaving unless
1. Gets permission from team
2. Goes to a contender or has ability to have buyout and go to any team he wants
I dont see him going from contender to a losing team to close out his career
You guys forget that a lot of value from Conley isn’t on the stat sheets, it’s leadership, mentorship, and locker room presence
First night this season when I’m truly dumbfounded by Finch.
I wanted him out before the season so fucking badly. What value he had tanked and I imagine Rob can’t be looked at too favorable by most front offices. Bleak.
He just needs to join the coaching staff.
Has the worst +- and net rating by a noticeable amount among the rotation players. He can’t play anymore.
I’ve ever been a fire finch guy, but if he wants to ride this limp horse into the ground, he needs to go with him.
If we aren’t hiding bones to keep him healthy for a trade then we may have actually lost our mind as a coaching staff
At this point Tim Connelly himself has to trade Mike or something so that Finch can resist the temptation of subsequently losing us every single game
idgaf if rob is ass i would rather let him play and get the minutes
if you’re gonna be a ONLY locker room guy then you should be getting DNPs except in blowouts or your last game, can’t be playing heavy minutes
I’m aware that the Rob ship has sailed but atp I’d rather him than Mike
At least with Rob, there is the hope that he might figure it out someday. With Conley, there is no longer hope. He’s only getting worse.
