McD was the foundation of the culture you speak of, no foundation, no structure. We’re doomed.
Umm, isn't McDermott the most qualified candidate currently available??? ☹
I agree 100% with Jordan here.
The culture and the structure is unique in Buffalo.
That's why I think certain coaches like McCarthy or McDaniel just aren't an overall fit here,
simply because of that without even talking about qualifications or expertise.
It would have to be somebody similar to McDermott but with a killer instinct.
That's why I think Tomlin would be almost perfect.
Tomlin as HC with Daboll as OC and Schwartz as DC…
Most likely not gonna happen but I would instantly sign up for it.
Failure was on Beane not McDermott. Beane and the new head coach are gonna ride on McDermotts structure and culture he cultivated and built. Beane has sucked in the draft, FA and trades. Beane is a snake & worm. Look in the mirror and why we didn’t advance Beane you have sucked and lived off of 1 pick Allen which who knows if that was you or McDermott
McDermott got so much better at in game adjustments and end of game management; that has been a non issue for years. You know who's awful at those? Brian Daboll… so you can stop with that noise.
Good god no to Tomlin…15 years of mediocrity is no improvement
Tomlin…oh hell NO
tough guy to replace wow
Sounds like John Gruden
I don't trust Beane or Pegula
A coach for Allen is a, why? He scored 30 points on the road in the playoffs and lost. So where is the problem, keep Brady get Daboll as his OC and that side of the ball will be fine. You need a defense that dominates or at least keeps teams in the teens. That is a winning formula in Buffalo.
Will not matter who they hire if BEAN stays the same ..
Nice assessment
QB guru? More like QB bust.
The next coach needs to build a Defense that doesn't allow 30 points or more nearly every playoff game.

Observation-
who ever was applying the pressure on Josh Allen pushed him passed his pressure point. Secondly how upset he was and then add in his coach being fired good guess –not mentally all in next year. New coach new system higher expectations. As owner/management says — go for it Josh you have to do better next year than this and without a supporting cast. A bridge to far or how to kill a golden goose, ???Hopefully they find a type of leader that finally tells their fans to stop jumping on freaking tables.😂
Damn maybe palmer is right at the end of the day it comes down to coaching for managing the games we have in the playoffs
Dude just described Sean McDermott.
I'm sure we will all listen to him
….LOL 😅 smh….

I still can’t believe the Bills decided firing Sean and promoting Beane was the way to go. I’m an avid Bills hater as a Dolphins fan so I don’t really care one way or the other but I’m a huge Josh fan and I genuinely do want to see him win a Super Bowl. But it ain’t happening in Buffalo.
Nothing against this guy, but he offered nothing.
I'm so sick of hearing about Tomlin when he could not get his team over the hump. He is also a defensive minded coach. Replace a dollar with 10 dimes isn't getting us to a SB. Anyone putting McDaniels into consideration is smoking crack. I don't want any defensive coach or one that has failed to produce a SB.
After all these years Jordan Palmer still doesn't know crap about football 😂. Brandon Beane hype just proved why he's where he's at.
