  1. Roberts always hurt, bat 220 and had an OPS of 661 and 657 the last 2 years. Thats terrrrrrrible. Hes a 4th outfielder. They have a legitimate defensive centerfielder in Taylor.

  2. I don't get why everyone is so high on this guy. He hit a lot of home runs a few years ago, and hasn't done much since. Sure we needed an outfield bat, but I'm not sold that this is the guy.

  3. Signed Bellinger, Carson left the field, Ballinger first, trade Lindor, move Bo Bichette to shortstop, Brett stays at third base, and bring up the three headed monsters again for pitching. Signed one free agent picture and don’t go for Peralta.

  4. The Pope influenced the White Sox front office to get LuisANGEL Acuna. And to give away Luis ROBBERt. A very safe trade for the White Sox. A balsy trade for the Mets. LGM!

  5. Acuna is not the guy to trade, out of everyone why trade him ? The Mets have a owner who will spend whatever and we going backwards after not making the playoffs like Jesus man we deserve better

  6. WASTE of a uniform a 223 hitter that never hit in the majors U get rid of NEMMO who had over 90 RBI and replace him with a guy with 50 RBI makes no sense

  7. I never heard of Fror, was he that ‘switch pitcher’ guy who couldn’t throw a strike from either side ?? No great loss then. 😆

  8. I'm surprised they didn't give Acuna more time in CF over the last few years… maybe because he is only 5'8"? I do think in a few years Acuna will blossom into a good major leaguer… so if Robert underwhelms like he has the past two years the trade could look really bad in a few years. If Robert is even 66% as good as he was in 2023 then it's a great move for the Mets.

  9. So this guy excels what Taylor excels at, and is weak at where Taylor is weak at the plate.. so this is another who knows Vientos thing? Thats the thing, Vientos makes everyone split on it, is it 2024 Vientors or 2025 Vientos? one was great, one stunk, who knows. I would rather have Bellinger.. sounds like a lame substitute
