  8. If so I can hear the next round of conversations taking place. The what if they had teamed up in Miami? Dolphins, and other interested fans/talking heads, will finally get an idea, obviously not equivalent, of what could have been.

  11. Yeah, Mike McDaniel had failed with two of tua, Tagaloa what’s the Miami Dolphins team as their head coach but now he’s gonna have to take him an opportunity as the offense coordinator for Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers

  17. Yes! YES! YEEEEEES!!!! I honestly didn't think we had a chance of getting McDaniel. I though he'd get the HC with the Ravens or maybe with the Bills. I didn't think this would even be a possibility. If we get lucky and Minter stays for another season.. wow.. with a built up O-line.. omg.. we're going to be a wrecking ball of a team. /fingers crossed on minter and the million little things that need to happen do turn the Chargers into a juggernaut. LFG!!! BOLT UP!!!!

  20. Man this guy is Al Davis' guy. Mark Davis and Tom Brady are dumb not getting this guy. This guy built that dream team Al Davis always wanted with all sub 4.3 guys hahahaha gotta give that dolphins roster props tho.

  21. He didn’t take Cleveland job cause of ownership & them not having a Qb that’s not hard to understand. Browns about to have to settle for a first yr with few options or someone like monken who is 60 & atp knows his time to be a head coach is fading.

  23. Chargers needed this having to play broncos and kc defense minimum twice a year .
    Not a charger fan but excited to see them next year hopefully they can get some WR help in draft or FA

  26. As a Chargers fan, I hate this. The guy who couldn't Tua his first playoff win is coming to coach Herbert, who also cant get a playoff win. Also, McDaniel had fast and talented skill players like Hill, Waddle and Achane. Chargers have no one close to any of them and Harbaugh wants to play ground and pound with a power run game, the exact opposite of what McDaniel does. None of this adds up at all. Daboll should have been the hire.

  38. Jim Harbaugh will wear him down and he won't be there for too long. Think back to his time in San Francisco, it got to the point where they couldn't stand him. I can't see McDaniel being able to co-exist with harbaugh, anyway we'll see.

I don’t see how going to the chargers who already are good tho a bunch of yards and are a playoff team how much of a difference he Mike going to make ?no way he goes from 5-6 best candidate to top candidate unless chargers win superbowl..but makeing them a little better don’t make him the top candidate that is a bozo take

  43. Really hope Minter stays to keep that defense top 5. Imagine if Minter leaves and the defense goes back to being like Staley's bottom 3 defense. Offense scores 35 ppg with a healthy line and McDaniel but the defense allows 35.
