23. Makar is still the most complete d-man and what Werenski is doing on a poor Columbus team is impressive. But Hutson should absolutely be in the Norris conversation and I hope he’s a finalist for the award. They won’t have a choice if he finishes top 3 in scoring with a +20 (for reference, he’s currently +18 and Werenski is +3). I’m aware +/- is not the be all and end all stat but it does show he’s solid defensively and has improved greatly on his defensive game compared to last year.

    Let him continue to mature his defensive play, cause he already made an impressive leap from last year in term of defensive ability, and I predict he’ll win the Norris more than once.
