MONEY talks everything else barks. RAVENS fans have power NOT just the owner. Biscotti & EDC better know that the ravens fan-base DO NOT want another type of HC like harbaugh that waste lamar talent. If the new HC is NOT legit RAVENS fans are going to pull support from this team.
Of course, we have no head coach yet, any oc would have to agree to come here without knowing who the hc is…. could clash without knowing

If lamar leaves this team this year or next year it prove Biscotti & EDC were quite content with MEDIOCRITY and they are no different than the HC that was just fired.
I really think the Ravens are making a mistake if they don’t hire a DC as head coach. I like Kubiak but defense wins games and Ravens always been known for defense.
Every other team is getting Mobile home coaches and I hope we're not looking for a bargain trailer to hook on to our pickup.

When did all this "O/D-minded" head coach crap start? You want the offensive coordinator to focus on the offense, and the defensive coordinator to focus on the defense. Why does the head coach need to heavily favor one or the other. That's bad. You want the head coach to be looking at the entire team and how O, D, and ST complement each other.
Following our history, we need to ditch D Hop and sign AJ Brown and not use him either. Then in 3 years we can ditch AJ, sign Ja'Marr Chase, and not use him either.

We know they wanna hire Anthony Weaver and we know why and everybody relaxed cause I’m the same color as him. No we need somebody proven a man’s man John Gruden the bills ex coach was he’s gone or a young mind for offense as the offensive coordinator.
My 2 cents on the Giant's DC situation: John Harbaugh has been telling Flock Nation that Zach Orr is his guy on DC, that he thought Orr was doing a great job, etc. So IMO, Harbaugh either needs to put his money where his mouth is and bring Orr with him as his DC in NY, or if he doesn't, he's just confirming what we've all been saying for the past 2 years. Orr is NOT that guy and he was just blowing smoke because he didn't want to admit to his mistake of hiring him in the first place.
