  1. The Grizzlies will make a decision on rather they keep or trade Ja during the offseason. Memphis not in a rush to trade Ja unless there’s an offer they can’t refuse between now and trade deadline.

  2. It’s OK folks it’s a chess game played by management! He’s not going anywhere!
Media is being played by the front office including you Damichael.
If this is business, why would they want to lose money on ticket sales?

  3. Why is the NBA so reluctant to let a guy play out his contract. MLB has no issues with it. A guy in his contract year will play his butt off. Look at Landale.

  4. Outstanding job explaining all sides regarding trading Ja. Both sides points can be seen and we hope things work out as they should.

Hoping GG can keep this up. The important thing is Iisalo continuing to let him play thru mistakes like he has others.

  5. All I hear is hate on Ja name it’s this supposed to a grizzlies show he they best play we ever had hear and yall want him out I do t get these podcast people or these teams

  6. I'd like Ja to stay, but if the grizzlies get someone like Herro + a pick or two it would be pretty decent imo. Small downgrade, but you get someone who's been much more available than Ja.

  7. The Grizz front office might have had a sneaking suspicion this would unfold. Jenkins had to be fired to be held accountable for not succeeding, plus not keeping Dillion Brooks and Ja Morant in line. Grizz have leverage on Ja. Knowing that Ja still gets bad rep from being injured, the short suspensions, and sour attitude and leadership. Iisalo is a coach they want to keep. Coaches haven't had the strong backing from an organization like Jenkins did and now Iisalo's getting with the Grizz. Ja's got 2 years to put up or shut up. This team has no problem letting dudes walk for nothing.

  8. The problem is if we keep Ja, we need to make the team better at the deadline.
We should trade for Day’Ron Sharpe. Cheap option and great rebounder.
Then we should trade for Miles Bridges. Nice athlete and he can replace Brandon Clarke.

  9. So basically we can't afford Ja extension contract. He played around and cost the business of the Memphis Grizzles to much money by not playing and getting suspended over the past years. So we do not have enough money in the bank to pay him now without hitting the hard apron salary cap And alot of this is his fault. If he would have played, added value to the team(company) through jersey/ticket sales, etc we would not be havi g this conversation…..There you have it folks the business of Basketball. Appreciate the dream JA!
