This is starting to get suspicious.

Last night the Canadiens pulled off a thrilling comeback against the Minnesota Wild at the Bell Centre, winning 4–3 with a dramatic late goal. Minnesota struck first when Vladimir Tarasenko opened the scoring on the power play, and Brock Faber also found the net for the Wild. But Montreal responded with goals from Phillip Danault (his first of the season), Alexandre Carrier, and Lane Hutson to take the lead. With the game seemingly headed for overtime, Cole Caufield delivered with just 15 seconds left, one-timing a perfect feed from Nick Suzuki for his 25th goal of the season and the game-winner. Rookie Ivan Demidov chipped in with two assists, and Jakub Dobes stopped 16 shots in net. This win snapped a nine-game Canadiens drought versus the Wild and gave Montreal back-to-back victories.

  1. This was WILD one huh? huhuhuhuhuhuhhuuhuhuhuhuh. What a win though, so glad they pulled it off and the hero of the game called it before having to go to OT. THANK YOU for that.

Hope you all had a good night – take care everyone.

  2. A little bummed I was working, couldn't watch the game but highlights were on point. Good W for the Habs! Also love the Micheal Scott reference 🀣🀣

  3. "The average age of NHL referees is approximately 38.9 years old. Linesmen have a slightly higher average age of about 39.3 years."

"The average age of an NHL player is approximately 27.65 years old as of the 2024-2025 season."

  4. Gallagher with 2 very solid games in a row. He must be hearing footsteps coming up from behind him. Love the Minny logo, btw. They're going to be a contender come playoffs

  5. Whiskey Lung you’re the best Hockey Junkie right up there with you. Habs Digest too hyped and fast talking focused on subscribers and quantity of videos. Starr is too many commercials. I hope you grow your channel in the right way with the best team and hockey fans in the world. You are destined for success. And Habs will win a cup and it will runneth over.

  6. ENOUGH with the refs complaining. I agree, that trip was one of the worst calls ever, but still.. stop it. It really does go both ways, but fans don't see that

  7. I would like to see an option for a coaches challenge for penalties once a game like they do goals,
    Would be interesting.
Would fix obvious blunder calls like this, and if a coach challenges a good call, they get hit with the full 2 minute 5V3.
But we all know the refs would still fuck up half the calls even with a review

  8. reffing in the league is getting worse year after year. I watch a lot of games not just Habs, and dayum… horrid reffing abound. That call on Hutson…. that shouldn't even happen in PeeWee!!!!

Need to move the puck faster on PP, like they WERE doing. Move it fast, shoot, go for any rebound.

  9. IMHO, Texier is better than Veleno and more versatile (can play all positions) than Evans. Texier should replace Veleno, or even Bolduc… If not Gallagher! Struble vs Xhekaj ? It's not a question : I wonder why it's not Xhekaj, Struble has too much trouble to be on par with the NHL level.

  10. Lane using Jedi mind tricks. The Force is strong with this one. Junkie calls him Tarastinkhole. LOL! I love the names he comes up with. Cole Clutchfield.

  11. The Fleury Era is over VS MTL
Probably had alot to do with that 9 game loosing streak.
That being said congrats on the win if it Wasn't for there Goalie Wallie we would have buried them

  12. I've been watching the habs for 35 years and it's always been that way! The league dont need mtl to win cz the stadium is full anyway. So we have to beat the other teams plus the referees.

  13. The no-contact tripping call made me irrationally angry when I watched it via the highlights on the NHL App. Or rather, rationally? I feel like my rage was justified in that moment.

  14. Honestly… We HAVE a VALID reason for how pissed off we get about the refs and the calls. This isnt just a one off, or a two woopsy.. THIS IS EVERY πŸ‘ DAMN πŸ‘ GAME πŸ‘. Honestly so sick of it… Refs single handedly are constantly trying to make the habs lose. This is also just compounded by the fact that ever since Habs called them out, we went from one of the least penalized to one of the highest… IT IS FISHY.

So sick of the boys having to constantly pull miracles out of their a**es to get wins, when games like this shouldve been 4-1 or 4-2. Just getting frustrating, and im glad we got that 15 second goal to win it. Refs need to have some sort of accountability on them, THERE ABSOLUTELY HAS TO BE. If they could get fined for blatant egregious calls like this, the refs across the board would immediately shape up. Not to mention the fact that coaches cant challenge those calls or the refs cant "Review" them is absolutely ABSURD to me. We can challenge a 1 minute ozone time offside but cant challenge a blatant bs call like that… AND NOT ONCE BUT TWICE..

Something has to change! As always wonderful video! Let's hope this crap changes.
