This articles about three weeks old but not sure if it was shared yet. Some noted highlights of the article:

“Quinshon Judkins’ injury was a ‘best case scenario’ thanks to no knee injury.

He’ll be ready for OTAs and should be close to 100% come Week 1 2026 like nothing ever happened.

This is a much better situation than the ankle injuries to Isiah Pacheco, Tony Pollard, Mark Andrews, Cam Skattebo and Chris Godwin.”

“It was reported on December 23rd that Judkins underwent successful surgery to repair the fractured fibula and ankle dislocation by the Browns. The expected recovery time is four to six months, which will put him at just around June to be back playing football.”

If this is accurate, I don’t think the news could be any better.

  1. I hope this is true and I also don’t think we’ll know until we see him on the field. Fingers crossed, I love seeing him barrel through defenses.

  2. I hope it’s true, but that also assumes no complications or setbacks. And my understanding after talking to some friends in the medical field when this first happened — though he might be back and available at the start of next season, these injuries can often take longer to truly get to 100%, typically a year +.

  3. It says something about how used to suffering this fanbase is that (on the day of his injury) most Redditors on this sub were writing off his entire career. Haha.

  4. A lot of assumptions made in a nearly month old article and a prognosis from a doctor that has not seen or treated Judkins. Hope he’s ready for the season though!
