Watching last night’s #Rockets win, it seems more and more that the best version of this team needs Reed Sheppard.
On the math problem Reed helps Houston solve.

It doesn’t need to specifically be Reed Sheppard… we just need 3pt shooters to step up. Reed is just the most likely candidate to do that.
With guys like Amen, Sengun, and Adams on the floor alot, we desperately need help with spacing. During the losing streak, Jabari forgot how to shoot, Okogie kind of came down to reality after a hot start, DFS is still working on finding his shot, and Reed wasn’t all that hot himself. It’s no surprise our team will struggle offensively when the few shooters on the court aren’t hitting open shots.
For the past like 3 weeks we’ve been on an historic 3pt shooting slump.
Even KD was slumping…. We need both Reed and Jabari being above average 3 point shooters. Jabari helps brings the big man out of the paint and Reed has more on ball juice
This team is so lacking in 3pt shooting that Reeds HAS to take like 10 of them per game. If not him, who?
With a better designed roster, it would be a different story
