  1. Hopefully he is healthier than last year, he’s a much needed lefty bat. They can try to do some form of platoon at third base to soften how bad his defense is.

  2. We need another lefty bat in the line up. He was good last season in the box, but his defensive metrics weren’t. He’s not a bad fielder, though. I really like him.

  3. Here’s hoping he stays healthy and brings back the anthem

  4. Season-to-season defensive metrics can be finnicky, and Moncada adds lefty power which is useful because of the short porch in right. For only 4 mil, this is a steal. Now we just need a SP and maybe another utility infielder/2B to get a better roster than last year.

  5. .783 OPS positive WAR for 4 million? ✅. Now we have 86 million to spend on pitching before we reach the luxury tax (I can dream).

  6. Hell yeah I’m so excited for this! I was hoping for it all season☺️ go Halos!

  7. this is fine. as always, he’ll miss part of the season with an injury. hopefully he’s healthy around the trade deadline.
