Carrington was on this afternoon saying ‘what if this is the guy that could get the most out of Rashee … or AJ Brown?’
I’ve been mostly against this because I thought he wore out his welcome last time and we need better scheme and accountability doesn’t usually come from your scheme guys.

I’m all for it. Offense was fucking awesome while EB was here, the players just didn’t seem to like him. Mahomes is a lot more mature now and I bet they’ll get along better this time.
Probably in the minority here, but EB is the best we’re gonna do at OC. No way we get a hot shot OC like McDaniel or Kingsbury w/ Reid as HC. Accountability was obviously an issue the last two seasons and EB brings that in spades. Plus there’s a snowball’s chance he learned a few things under Ben Johnson and can get Andy on board. I don’t see any other way we inject new life into Reid’s system. He’s got the track record with this team. He’s a solid choice. Got other ideas? I’m all ears.
Hate this re-re-hire so much. Just like Thanos, it makes no sense. Use the stones to make more resources (get someone new)

Kind of wanted Gruden. I dunno. Something different. It’s a meh…do we elevate Eric when Reid retires?
