    I’m so happy that Harbaugh made the demands he made. It forced John to do this… and John will be better for it! I now fully want this team to go out there and win for him.

  27. FYI this is why the contract signing took so long. Harbaugh wanted free rein to make the changes as he saw fit and he got it.

  29. I think part of the contract hold up was this stuff. Mara probably didn’t want to get rid of these guys but had to bend to get him to sign.

  37. Regardless of how this season, or even the next few go, hiring Harbaugh has been a massive win. Hiring a seasoned veteran rather than first time coordinator has forced the org to make massive changes to how they operate. that by itself is probably the biggest win for us to get long term success
