  2. I'd be ok with Jessie Jessie Minter. Buuuut if I were the ravens I'd be paying a ton for Klint Kubiak! He'd be awesome as a coach and as and OC he'd be great for Lamar. Not to mention Seattle is killing it now and if we got him we'd be off to the races.

    AHC- Chuck Pagano
    OC- Kliff Kingsbury
    DC- Drew Wilkins
    —Wilkins was with the Ravens from 2010-2021, young and up and coming defensive mind that crossed paths extensively with Macdonald and Minter, was on staff with Chuck Pagano, Wink Martindale, and now coaches under Chris Shula and alongside Scheelhaase.

    I think he’d be a great DC that would give us access to that Macdonald/Minter/Shula defensive tree, while still getting the offensive minded guy.

    Kliff’s offensive weakness has been marrying the run with the pass and redzone efficiency. Scheelhaase built the run game at Iowa State that got Breece Hall the conference player of the year.

    So the pairing could work well with Kingsbury bringing his pass concepts and Scheelhaase helping increase the redzone efficiency by using McVay condensed formations concepts and run game.

    Also Kingsbury’s offense when it “gets figured out” we can lean more into the McVay influence.

  24. If kingsbury will be the oc I really want minter. I honestly favor minter more than Kubiak strictly bec I trust Lamar to put points on the board. If we can get a strong defense and upgrade this offensive line/ run game I trust Lamar to be Superman when needed. Hes far more developed than when he initially had Greg Roman and I don’t see us finding anyone any worse than Roman.

  28. The waiting game is kind of weird. We need to secure an HC! Coach Harbs is a great Christian man, which I aspire to be, but no longer great leader of men, in Baltimore at least. I would take McDermot in a heartbeat! And YO! I’ve been saying it for the past 48 to 72 hours to anyone who will listen, I have an EERIE feeling🤦🏿‍♂️FML!👿 I can see EDC dropping the ball with this whole coaching staff selection thing🙆🏿‍♂️ GO RAVENS FLOCK! And one love super agent mama Felicia Jones. She raised that man RIGHT! 💪🏿🙏🏿

  30. It don’t matter who’s the coach That team as it stands offensive /defense is a joke. Since 2000 they’ve programmed everyone with defense and run the ball, and because it’s scripted entertainment they give you the same product every year never changing the script.

  31. Do we really want Minter, another Garbaugh guy, to be our HC? Same shit different toilet. Idk why everyone is hooked on Kubiak, he doesn’t seem to have the personality. We should be tapped into Davis Webb. I’ll be paying close attention to Stidham’s performance

  32. I’m easily leveraging having to have a revolving door of OCs when we have a Lamar Jackson over risking having to reset the defense every couple years
