8. The Jets are stuck in a vicious cycle. Good players and good coaches don’t want to come to the Jets because the team is bad. Without good players and coaches, the team performs badly. So, good players and coaches don’t want to come to the Jets. Repeat ad infinitum.

12. I don't understand why Aaron Glenn would be on the hotseat. Who would they hire but another rookie unproven guy they'd have to take a risk on. They should let Glenn and Mougy build in his vision and grow. Starting over every 2-4 years with another unproven staff just makes it that much harder to build anything.

18. I honestly don't believe the problem is Glenn. The problem is Woody. Even if Woody gives Glenn the full 5 years to fix the Jets. No one in their right mind wants to work under Woody. He's the least desired owner in the league. Remember he got an F grade in 2024 as an owner. The man is a menace. He's the NFL's Jim Dolan. Only Rex and AG wanted this HC job. Others who interviewed were doing their due diligence. I said shortly after Woody bought the team that this team will never win a CHIP under Woody Johnson. We are 25 years in and that premonition is ringing true. Unless Woody has a 'Jim Dolan' wake up moment and backs off and lets AG and Mougey do their thing expect this playoff drought to run into 20+ years. I wish he would sell the team and put us out of our misery as fans

26. This isn’t news? Established and proven DC did not want to interview with a team that won’t be competing for a playoff spot. Happens every year this isn’t a Jets thing

28. Fans are always saying "just throw money at them" without the understanding that at that level, plenty of ppl know they'll be paid well and have a better situation. And that being able to succeed leads to more money in the long run. I think Ben Johnson broke that mold, coaches saw how if you're good at your job you can wait and choose the right opportunity. I don't think modern coaches are feeling the pressure to take a promotion like they used to.
