2. TS is doing a good job. in the beginning he made a lot of mistakes but he learned fast. and he is doing a very good job.

3. I've seen Splitter yel at Deni to get back after completing about a non call. I love it.

4. TS is great but I believe Blazers need proper interview process. I agree that Blazers need to be more Professional and act like a Top Notch Franchise in regards to Interview process for HC.

6. As someone who has asked Mike about the seriousness of the Blazers a lot in the past,
   I can attest that is not a something he measures lightly.

7. Yes TS has earned it. The key for me is how the players and play for him. Adelman was a player's choice. How the new ownership handles this will be interesting.

9. as every computer guy would tell you. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. keep Tiago, and most of the roster

10. Knowing how to adapt to the team of players available to you and knowing how to make room for the player who has it is also training. Phil Jackson knew when to move to the side for Jordan, and when to be flexible for Rodman. This is also a coaching skill. Splinter deserves all the credit.

11. I think it would be malpractice to not retain love and sidy at this point. However they make room is up to them. They have shown they can be winning bench pieces. I have them both above Rayan and Kris.

12. I like where Splitters mindset is. He has them playing the right way and learning. He is also learning as well and admits it. This coach and this team are figuring it out together , which is what a team is all about. I support Splitter. Knowing he spent five years under the tutelage of popovich. I find that knowledge very valuable.

13. I would love to hear from Jeremi Grant about what was going on with him last year. He looked washed, maybe the new offense, maybe pouting, injuries, I would to know the truth. He looks so much better this year.

16. I think he's earned a contract, I would do a two year with a team option on the third.

17. Cronin will get to decide on Splitter. And Cronin will probably be given a couple years under new ownership. Cronins worst decision has to be Chauncey, now that it’s clear the hire was mostly because Joe has known him since high school and the hiring process appears to have been shortcut.

    How much of Tiago’s success is just the result of the blazers no longer tanking? Last year it’s clear that the blazers stopped tanking in the 2nd half of the season so Cronin and Billups could get renewed and there was a positive vibe around the team prior to the team sale.

18. I don’t remember reading that the Blazers lead Becky Hammon on I was under the impression they gave her a real interview. I strongly disagree they need to run interviews. Tiagos interview is this season I don’t want Mike Malone or Thibs or Becky Hammon. We have the best available head coach who is Tiago
