I think he should win, but I just can’t see them giving it to him and MVP to Stafford. I Imagine JSN wins it, and while I hate the Seafawks, I can’t say that wouldn’t be deserved.
He’s better than JSN. Yards after catch and contested catches should make the difference. Would have more yards if he didn’t take a week off
JSN built such a huge lead to start the season no one noticed Pukas end of the season.
Ok as a Seahawks fan I’d love JSN to win. But I would understand if Puka wins. But in all reality, shouldn’t CMC win? He has over 2,000 total yards and 17 touchdowns.
The thing is, Puka makes so much harder catches than JSN. Someone needs to put their top 25 hardest to make catches side-by-side. But that’s not gonna happen and it’s not gonna be factored in at all.
A real shame
I see a lot of talk on different stats, but actually I think what makes him the OPOY is that he does an incredible job of doing the little things. He’s an excellent blocker in the box and down the field. He can break up interceptions.
He’s just an incredible all around football player.
He’s the best but he offended some people so he won’t win
The playoff game vs Chicago showcased why Puka is OPOY. Dudes blocking was huge and his run after the catch refusing to go down was insane. Yeah JSN is a beast but let’s be real… Puka never gets an early injury he even leads the nfl in yards
