  5. I had to eat so much crow for hating on this pick. He has given this team and fanbase a spark i haven’t seen in a long time. So happy we have our guy going into next season.

  8. Everyone thinks Tet McMillan is a lock to win it & unfortunately, even though I disagree for several reasons, I expect that’s likely true. 🙄

    Still, it’s an honor that Shough is nominated. Imagine seeing this post last spring after the draft. It’s so exciting to know he’s becoming something special.

  11. He probably won’t win but for him to even be nominated is so huge. He was a top 5 QB by the numbers in December with arguably the worst supporting cast in the NFL. Ceiling is so high my neck hurts to look at it

  13. I had no opinion of him. KM got who he wanted to work with . It is working out.

  14. I wanted to kick my TV when this pick was announced. Apparently Kellen Moore and the front office know more than I do 🤔🤔🤔

  15. I think that if we beat the Falcons, Shough probably wins it.

    He OROY as far as I’m concerned, either way (though Tet is almost a lock for it, it seems). I was not as high on Rattler as most and I wanted us to avoid Sanders like the plague, but Shough could not have exceeded my expectations any more than he did in just half a season of games with an offensive roster that was held together with scotch tape.

    I cannot wait to see what he and KM do in 2026. I haven’t been this optimistic for the Saints’ future in years.

  16. Good for him. I’m still skeptical but only about his ceiling at this point. Will he be better than DCs with more game tape now to actively game plan against him?
