They should have kept Grizzard. This guy has gone 8-9 for the past 2 seasons with the Falcons. Just like Todd Bowles. Bucs ownership have not shown the Tampa Bay community that they want a great franchise. They are satified with profits and mediocrity. YOU GOTTA WANNA BE GREAT. Look for yet another 500 or slightly below season for the Bucs next year. Carolina is up and coming.
