7. I’m glad Harbaugh is doing this. This organization has been atrocious. Clean house is what needs to happen but with mentality of establishing a successful group of individuals that will ultimately accomplish their goals

8. Finally, more needed changes. Been saying for years the injuries had to be rooted in the training and medical staff, to some degree. Guys get stuck in their ways and think they know best, and don't take to new techniques. Happens with physicians too. But pretty great that they respected Barnes and what he's done, and retained him, just shifted responsibilities to an incoming head trainer. Seems like a great way to thread the needle.

I know you're excited.. heck, I'm not even a Giants fan and I'm curious to see what the Giants will be like this upcoming nfl season. But let's not get overhyped.

17. They did change it a few years ago. They’ve still been getting a lot of injuries, and a lot of the injuries occur during away games.

19. Sounds like there needs to be some meta-analysis of the Ravens v. Giants injuries especially if, as the rumor is being presented, that JH will bring some of the Ravens training staff with him. I mean it's not like Ravens had zero injuries this year; hell I think part of reason that they were not in the playoffs is Lamar himself was down for a chunk of time with injuries. Personally I am skeptical of the analysis, and the implication from comments below also that Barnes was stuck in his ways; unless y'all have concrete evidence of that — i.e. you were actually in the building working with the guys — then IMHO it sounds like a lot of BS.
