  1. The more I looked into Webb, the more I wanted him for my Raiders. I think he can work through the kinks of becoming a first-time HC with former HC experience as his OC in Daboll or Kingsbury. Sean Peyton didn't even let him get to the airport before calling the driver to turn the car around so he could make him an offer…

  2. Webb/Daboll or Webb/Kingsbury would be great but this was obviously recorded before Minter was hired in Baltimore and im just shocked his 2 options were Minter/Webb. No mention of Kubiak/LaFleur/

  3. The Raiders have no good HC options. They are a 3rd tier team with a nepo baby, completely underqualified and clueless owner who runs a dysfunctional organization. This is not a premier job. They are currently paying at least three former HC’s who are still on the payroll. They will get as they always get, a person who can’t get a HC job anywhere else, who fails because of the organization or the organization knee jerking and their choice of hiring you then join the former HC’s on current payroll.

  4. Minter is out. Kingsbury isn’t someone I’d give the hc job to because he accepted the oc job with Vegas then backed out. Also I don’t think he’s hc material. It was dysfunctional in Arizona when he was there and now the Commanders offense is struggling under him
