  1. The Chiefs organization is notorious for playing and putting personnel out of position. You have former WR’s coaching running backs, you former RB’s coaching wide receivers, you got Chris Jones playing tight end, McDuffie playing safety (I know he never played safety I’m just making a point) it seems to me if players and personnel were put in positions that they are actually familiar with the coaching and players would perform better.

  2. Cole read this, Isiah Pacheco stats in his first 2 years was great and then the next two was horrible. BUTTTT in the first two years guess who was oc??? EB. i know that's not the only reasons he has been bad but its definitely something to point out.

  3. Sounds like they were trying to keep everybody in house and just delegate with who they had in the building. Soooo maybe this ugly ass season was a good thing goes this staff and team. Learned they aren't invincible

  4. Having a linebackers coach in the RB room does make some sense. Who better to tell a RB how and where to run than the main guy responsible to stop him like a linebacker. I wouldn’t want him to be the main RB coach, and I wouldn’t want the assistant coach to be a good NFL linebacker. But having that input would help.

  6. I get an assistant RB coach out of position learning the ropes, but only if they are behind someone that is insanely talented at coaching the RB position. Two rookies is not a winning combination.

  16. Hey Cole, I have seen anyone talk about it much, but what do you think the likelihood is of the chiefs traded back this draft class. With how few picks they have and with how much they need to fill
