Robert Saleh TOP COORDINATORS REVEALED: Kliff Kingsbury Connection & Dennard Wilson, Nick Holz FIRED

Robert Saleh’s TOP OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR candidates were revealed on Thursday and the list is sure to excite fans. Along with a name we know like Brian Daboll, the list also includes Kliff Kingsbury, who would be the TOP OPTION available for Cam Ward. However, with the potential for new names, some old names had to go like coordinators Nick Holz and Dennard Wilson. Neither should be a surprise as a total overhaul was due in Nashville. We did get word of a few people staying though like Bones Fassel and Tony Oden. Along with that news, the Titans made the hire of Robert Saleh official on Thursday, ending a slight panic from fans due to the time is took for the team to make a statement. Words from Saleh, Amy Adams Strunk, Mike Borgonzi and notably, NOT Chad Brinker, all should have fans very excited for the future ahead.

  1. The way I felt about Matt Nagy as HC is the same way I feel about Arthur Smith as OC 😂. Kingsbury obviously the #1 option and I would be happy with that. But in terms of staying power, I feel like Kingsbury might be more likely to get a HC opportunity sooner, especially if he has success, and now you're looking for another OC. Whereas Daboll, I could see a team being interested in him if he has success with Cam Ward because coaches who can make QBs look successful will always be in demand, but I mean there are some huge red flags with him as a HC and it seems pretty evident that he might be a good OC, but not quite meant to be a good HC. I don't know if teams will see that or if they will be willing to take the risk with a track record of developing QBs, because although QB is the most important position, there's a lot of other things that are necessary for a successful, championship-caliber team. But man, if they are able to keep Saleh and Kingsbury together for the long haul? That could be VERY interesting. I wonder if, let's say Kliff Kingsbury gets the job, has a great season, and gets a HC opportunity next year, does Daboll take the year off and then maybe he's an option for next year? I don't predict Daboll would take a year off though. Also I wonder how many jobs would be open next year, because there was like 10 this year so you figure maybe not as much next year. Especially with jobs like the Bills, Ravens, and Steelers who almost certainly aren't going to have a quick trigger, and the Giants definitely probably won't be open for a while either. Maybe the Jets job could be available but who the hell wants to go there at this point

  2. A. Smith is such a terrible OC. He benefited from having Tannehill step off the bench and play lights out at an elite level for 1.5 seasons, at the same time Henry was breaking out and finding his way.. Neither had anything at all to do with Smith, he was the beneficiary, not the cause.

  3. speaking of the Falcons, I heard they let their OL coach go. I might consider looking at him for the OL coach, as I heard he was a good one. I know he was the first choice for the Giants when they were looking for one 2 years ago but Atlanta blocked him, so we got Carmen Bricillo instead. I would say to go after Bricillo for sure but the Giants would be absolute idiots to not bring him back, so he probably won't be an option

  4. The chemistry between Saleh and his OC will also be very important. Plus if Cam and the offense have a really good year, the OC may leave for a HC job but we'll worry about that next year.

  5. bro, enjoy your content but a bit of advice or shed some insight…i think i understand why some folks give you the feedback that they do. you deliver your message as if you dont have to go into the locker room or facility and look at these folks face to face after you said what you said. the information is fine but the delivery can come off as if youre hiding behind hundreds of miles of distance. i think now i understand the beef most media members have with you even though most of them are bad themselves. lol. its kind of important tbh. bro you need to calm down and think about what youre saying impacts others even though i know youll thiink to yourself, this is how i got here. take it or leave it. enjoy the film breakdowns but mostly the daily stuff but chill and soften a bit bro. these are real people. obviously you will do what you want. just a bit of advice as a fan.
