Is Framber Valdez To The Orioles FINALLY GOING TO HAPPEN?

Since Freddy Peralta was traded to the Mets, does it only seem like a matter of time until Framber Valdez is a Baltimore Oriole? Ryan and the guys discuss and explain what the situation is as we approach the final week of January.

  1. What's sad is: Elias wasted time and effort again and now the O's are in a box where they have to pay Valdez 35m to get him and he's NOT worth more than 30mill max!

  2. I would like to see Zac Gallen with the Orioles. He is a quality pitcher & has good makeup about him. He had a rough year last year but finished strong in his last 11 starts. Valdez seems too temperamental to me when he threw that pitch at his catcher.

  3. I’d like to get Gallen and then make a trade for another dominant reliever. Preferably a reliever that throws with his left hand and throws 100 mph

    Go Birds in β€˜26!!!!

  4. I wish everyone would just cool it on the "Framber incident" manta. He said it wasn't intentional and the catcher said it wasn't intentional, so give it a rest. You don't think Mike Elias hasn't contacted the parties involved, hasn't reached out to the Astros about it, and didn't a deep dive into whether Valdez is a head case or not who should be avoided? If there's a serious issue in the minds of the Orioles regarding him, then they aren't engaged in talks with him. If he signs with the Birds, that's all we need to know, because the front office did its due diligence and came away satisfied that Framber won't be a clubhouse problem. Full stop.
